Given a diamond's incredible uniqueness and rarity, we at ROYAL DIAM make certain that every rough diamond, no matter how small or large, receives the utmost attention in order to extract the greatest value from it. The procedure starts with assessing bulk packages from our ethical supplier network. Our experts weigh and evaluate each diamond in the parcel to determine its production potential. To ensure that the diamonds are not tampered with, they are individually packed into traceable packets. When the sorting is finished, the individual packets are given to the planning department.
PLANNING
Here, ROYAL DIAM starts to think about what will emerge from the rough. Detailed models of each diamond allow us to assess the options of polishing the rough into a single large gem or cutting it into multiple smaller gems of higher quality and overall worth. The planner is the diamond's architect, and he will evaluate numerous choices for what shapes may develop, what colors may imbue the diamond, and where minor inclusions may be retained or eliminated. Listening to the market and understanding how the finished product might satisfy a present demand is part of this process, as is listening to the diamond itself and feeling what it wants to become.
